Steelark’s In House Facilities

• Full fledged design & Engineering work stations with latest software and computer equipment. AUTOCAD 2007, STAAD PRO 2005 etc. are the most used softwares.
• Steekark fac tories located at Kolkata & Guwahati are supervised by senior & experienced professionals from layout stage to final coat painting.
• There are two associate units in additional to these factories.
• The monthly production capacity is approximately 200MT in the finished stage on single shift basis.
• Steelark staff ensurte accuracy in fabriocation and manufacturing.
• All welded joints in our fabricated structures confirm to BIS specifications and are subjected to die-penetration/x-ray/ultrasonic tests, as and where required.
• We have our own Hydraulic Mobile Cranes 16MT & 12MT capacity with telescopic boom length of
  20.8M & 12M respectively.

  Steelark Uses

• Steelark makes use of only “Berger” Primer & Print.
• All tubes are of reputed brand confirming to IS: 1161 / IS : 1239.
• Steelark uses structural steel confirming to IS : 2062, Grade-A.
• Only IS : 1363 confirming nuts and bolts are used.
• Electrodes of ADOR Welding Ltd. conirming to IS : 814 are used.
• ADOR Mig wire is used for semi-automatic welding.
